摘  要:
棱角山矾种壳占种子风干重 90 .19% ,种子透水性良好。浓硫酸处理 1.5小时后 ,可使种壳减轻 9.4 8%。硫酸处理增强了种子的透气性并减弱了种壳机械束缚力。添加 5 0 0 mg· L- 1 GA3溶液 ,经过 1~ 5℃ 16 h及 2 0℃ 8h变温砂藏三个月后 ,可获得 4 4 %出苗率 ,而对照种子则颗粒不发

摘  要:
The seed coat, which is about 90.19% the total weight of air dried seed of Symplocos tetragona Chen, is permeable by water. After the pretreatment by concentrated H 2SO 4 for 1.5 hours, which reduced the weight of the seed by about 9.48%. After the H 2SO 4 pretreatment increased the air permeability and the mechanical restraint of the seed coat. If the seeds were soaked with 500mg·L -1 GA 3 solution, and stratified varied temperature (1-5℃ 16 hr. and 20℃ 8hr. alternatively) for 3 months, the pretreated seeds had 44% germination, while the control seeds did not germinate.
