摘 要：
从1949年以来现代中国农业技术的发展历程分析,体制政策变迁对中国农业科技发展的影响明显。虽然包括人民公社体制在内的许多试图改善农村技术应用状况的体制最终都归结于失败,但这并不能简单归因于农业技术推广的组织问题。应该反思的是农业技术推广运行所依赖的制度体系及农业技术推广背后的国家权力逻辑。因而,在分析当前农业技术的发展困境时,应当将国家的权力逻辑和体制政策因素纳入到分析的范畴。

摘 要：
Since the history of modern China's agricultural technology development after 1949,the effect of institutional change is significant. Although many institutional attempts,such as the People's Commune System,was failed to improve the situation of rural technology system ultimately,it cannot simply attribute it to the organization of agricultural technology promotion. We should reflect the institutional system of agricultural technology promotion,and reflect the logic of power which behind the agricultural technology promotion. Thus,the paper argues that,when we analyze the plight developments of the current agricultural technology,we should pay attentions to the logic of power and the institutional factors.
