The paper has discussed the great changes of services for readers under network environment in the following areas: interactive space,style,time,role and the results.It put forward some solutions to meet the challenge,such as to set up net-work interactive platform,to strengthen the cooperation among university libraries on line,to set up databases on special fields,to provide individualized information service.
