大麻体细胞的染色体数目及其核型分析

摘 要：
以"云麻1号"的大麻芽株为试材,对大麻体细胞染色体的数目及其核型进行了研究,结果表明:大麻体细胞染色体的数目为2n=20,染色体核型公式为2n=20=2x=14 m+6 sm,属于2A型染色体,其N.F值为40,着丝点端化值(T.C.%)为56.35%。

摘 要：
Taking the germinating plant of cultivar "Yunma 1" of Cannabis sativa as experiment materials,the chromosome number and karyotype analysis of somatic cells were analyzed.The results are as follows: the chromosome number of somatic cell is 2n=20,the karyotype formula is 2n=20=2x=14m+6sm,which belongs to 2A type,the N.F is 40,T.C.% is 56.35 %.
