大米加工副产物对宁乡猪生长性能、胴体品质、肉品质及肠道黏膜形态的影响

摘  要:
本试验旨在研究大米加工副产物(碎米和米糠)对宁乡猪生长性能、胴体品质、肉品质及肠道黏膜形态的影响。选择体重(17.0±2.0) kg的生长肥育宁乡猪48头,随机分为2组,每组4个重复,每个重复6头,公母各1/2。2组试验猪分别饲喂玉米-豆粕型饲粮(对照组)和碎米-米糠型饲粮(试验组),饲粮营养水平相同。试验期为180 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,试验组平均日采食量提高了13.76%(P>0.05),平均日增重提高了23.38%(P<0.01),料重比降低了8.35%(P<0.05)。2)与对照组相比,试验组胴体斜长增加了15.61%(P<0.05),胴体直长增加了11.48%(P<0.05),2组之间其他胴体品质指标均无显著差异(P>0.05)。3)2组之间肉品质指标均无显著差异(P>0.05)。4)与对照组相比,试验组回肠绒毛高度提高了13.13%(P<0.05)。综上,大米加工副产物碎米、米糠取代宁乡猪商品饲粮中的玉米、豆粕,不仅可以提高宁乡猪的生长性能,并且可以促进宁乡猪肠道发育。

摘  要:
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of rice by-products(broken rice and rice bran)on growth performance,carcass traits,meat quality and intestinal mucosal morphology of Ningxiang pigs. Forty-eight growing Ningxiang pigs with body weight of(17.0±2.0)kg were randomly divided into 2 groups with4 replicates in each group and 6 pigs in each replicate,half male and half female. Pigs in the 2 groups were fed the corn-soybean diet(control group)and broken rice-rice bran diet(experimental group),respectively. Dietary nutrient levels were similar,and the experiment lasted for 180 days. The results showed as follows:1)compared with the control group,the average daily feed intake of experimental group was increased by 13.76%(P>0.05),the average daily gain was significantly increased by 23.38%(P<0.01),and the feed to gain ratio was significantly decreased by 8.35%(P<0.05). 2)Compared with the control group,the carcass oblique length of experimental group was increased significantly by 15.61%(P<0.05),the carcass straight length was significantly increased by 11.48%(P<0.05),and there were no significant differences in other carcass traits between the two groups(P>0.05). 3)There were no significant differences in meat quality indexes between the two groups(P>0.05). 4)Compared with the control group,the ileal villus height of experimental group was significantly increased by 13.13%(P<0.05). In conclusion,the replacement of corn and soybean meal in the Ningxiang pig commodity diet by broken rice and rice bran can improve the growth performance and promote the development of intestinal tract.[Chinese Journal of Animal Nutrition,2020,32(1):92-98]
