摘 要:
为研究‘凤丹’品种引种栽培开花晚、结实性不高的问题,以3年生‘凤丹’品种为材料,对生长期群体中分化变异出的不同植株类型进行分类,从叶型、分支数、株高、斑病、保绿度、叶片干重、开花结实性等方面进行研究,重点分析分支数、株高与叶长、宽,分支数和叶片干重之间的关系。结果表明,‘凤丹’引种栽培次年叶片小而窄、叶片干重低、分支数多的株系易于早开花结实。相关分析表明株高与分支数、叶片干物重关系密切,且为正相关(相关系数r值分别为0.5445**和0.4078**);分支数与叶片宽窄呈负相关(r=-0.5135**),叶片窄的株系分支数多;而叶片干物重高的,分支数不一定多,分支数与叶片干物重关系不密切(r=0.0815)。研究表明‘凤丹’3年生苗能否先开花结实可能与光合产物的物质分配有关。

摘 要:
The study aims to solve problems of late flowering and low grain state in introduction cultivation ofPaeonia suffruticosa‘Fengdan'. Among the three-year-old peony plant group of‘Fengdan', classificationwas conducted with different plant types of differentiation and variation in population during growth period.Agronomic characters of peony plant, such as branches of stem, plant high, leaf length, leaf width, leaf stay-green, dry weight of leaf, flowering, grains state, and so on, were studied. Correlation analysis of plant high,branches and leaf length, leaf width, and leaf dry weight was conducted. An unusual phenomenon of floweringand fructification was found in the second year on a few plants with low leaf width value, more branches, andless leaf dry weight value. Statistical analysis showed that the correlation between plant high and branches, leafdry weight was positive(correlation coefficient value, r=0.5445**and 0.4078**, P<0.01); the correlation betweenbranches and leaf width was negative(r=-0.5135**, P<0.01), which meant that the lower the leaf width value,the more branches were; when the leaf dry weight value was high, the branches were not always more, becausethe correlation between leaf dry weight and branch numbers was not close(r=0.0815). It is concluded that theunusual phenomenon of flowering and fructification of the three-year-old peony plant group of‘Fengdan'might be relative to the distribution and transportation of photosynthetic products.
