青海省天峻县放牧草场寄生虫感染来源的动态研究

摘  要:
采用直接检查法、贝尔曼氏法和费勒鹏氏法(饱和盐水漂浮法)对牧草、露水和绵羊粪便进行了胃肠道线虫感染性幼虫和虫卵的检查,为放牧草场感染性幼虫的分布及防治提供参考。结果表明,温度和湿度均较适宜的夏秋季节感染性幼虫数量最多,气温越低,牧草及露水中的感染性幼虫的数量越少,直至下降至零。至第二年春末夏初时感染性幼虫才再次出现。而草场中的温度和湿度均较适宜,感染性幼虫数量也达到最多,因此判定每年夏秋季节应为该地区放牧牛羊胃肠道线虫病的主要感染期。

摘  要:
By direct detect method,Baermann's technique and saturated saline flotation method,the infective larvaes and eggs of gastrointestinal nematodes in forage,dew and sheep's feces were examined so as to provide a reference for the infective larvaes' distribution and prevention in grazing land.The results show the number of infective larvaes was the largest during summer when the temperature and humidity are most appropriate.The lower temperature,the less infective larvaes in forage and dew,until it dropped below zero.The infective larvaes appeared till the next late spring and early summer.When the temperature and humidity both fit,the number of infective larvaes reached the maximum.Therefore,it is concluded that summer and autumn are two seasons when sheep and cattle easily infected with intestinal nematodosis.
