原型范畴理论对高职高专英语词汇教学的启示

摘  要:
范畴化是人类对事物进行分类的心智过程,范畴是范畴化的产物,对认知语言学的产生和发展起到了极大的促进作用。人类对范畴和范畴化的认识存在较大分歧,主要分为两大理论体系:经典范畴理论和原型范畴理论。研究表明,后者对高职高专英语词汇教学有着较强的解释力,本文试图予以阐释说明。

摘  要:
Categorization is a mental process for human beings to classify different things. Category is the product of categorization,which has an active effect on cognitive linguistics. There exists a substantial divergence of opinion on understanding these two concepts among linguists. It is usually divided into two main theoretical systems: the classical theory of category and the theory of prototypes.Research has shown that the latter has a better explanation to English lexical teaching in higher vocational colleges,which will be demonstrated in this paper.
