复合肥和激素对盈江省藤苗木生长的影响

摘  要:
采用L9(34)正交试验设计进行激素和复合肥对盈江省藤苗木生长影响的试验。分别在藤苗移栽后2个月(开始试验实施)、9个月、12个月时测定地径、苗高和叶片数并进行统计分析。结果表明,3个阶段的3个指标分别为地径0.36~0.50 cm、0.61~0.89 cm、0.77~1.25 cm,苗高10.72~13.21 cm、13.22~14.92 cm、16.16~22.50 cm,叶片数2.3~2.5片/株、2.6~4.0片/株、3.1~5.2片/株,呈现明显的动态增长。移栽12个月时,对照的3个指标均极显著地差于其他处理组合(P<0.01),即试验的因素水平组合对苗木生长具有积极的促进效果;此阶段理论优水平组合是地径施0.55 g/株复合肥和喷施0.5 g/L IBA,苗高和叶片数均为施1.1g/株复合肥和喷施0.5 g/L IBA的组合。激素种类是影响藤苗生长的主导因子(RA>RC>RB或RA>RB>RC)。

摘  要:
The L9( 34) orthogonal experimental design was applied to trail effects of compound fertilizer( CF)and hormones on seedling growth of Calamus nambariensis var. yingjiangensis. Basal diameters( BDs),seedling heights( SHs) and leaf number( LNs) were measured and statistically analyzed after seedlings were transplanted for 2,9 and 12 months. Three parameters of measured seedlings were 0. 36 ~ 0. 50 cm,0. 61 ~ 0. 89 cm,0. 77~ 1. 25 cm of the BDs,10. 72 ~ 13. 21 cm,13. 22 ~ 14. 92 cm,16. 16 ~ 22. 50 cm,of the SHs and 2. 3 ~ 2. 5leave / seedling,2. 6 ~ 4. 0 leave / seedling,3. 1 ~ 5. 2 leave / seedling of the LN,respectively,which presented significantly dynamic increments for abovementioned three age stages. After 12 months,the three parameters of control TC( CK) were significantly different from the other TCs( P < 0. 01) with the optimal combinations of factorial levels for the DB of 0. 55 g / seedling CF together 0. 5 g / L IBA,while the SH and LN of 1. 1 g / seedling CF together 0. 5 g / L IBA after seedlings were transplanted for 12 months. The hormone type was dominant factor for all parameters( RA> RC> RBor RA> RB> RC).
