3D-DSA在颅内动脉壶腹与小型动脉瘤鉴别诊断中的应用

摘 要：
目的:探讨三维数字减影血管造影(3D-DSA)在颅内动脉壶腹与小型动脉瘤鉴别诊断中的价值。方法:对38例CT血管造影(CTA)颅内动脉壶腹与小型动脉瘤鉴别困难患者先做二维数字减影血管造影(2D-DSA),再做3D-DSA得到三维图像并进行分析。结果:38例患者中动脉壶腹12例,小型动脉瘤26例,均得到正确诊断。结论:3D-DSA一次成像就可以从多个角度观察到更加真实全面的信息,对颅内动脉壶腹与小型动脉瘤鉴别诊断有重要价值。

摘 要：
Objective:Study of three-dimensional digital subtraction angiography(3D-DSA)in intracranial artery ampulla and small aneurysm differential diagnosis value.Methods:In 38 cases of CT angiography(CTA)in patients with intracranial artery ampulla and small aneurysm identification difficult to do two dimensional digital subtraction angiography(2D-DSA),then 3D-DSA is a three-dimensional image and analysis.Results:In the 38 patients,12cases of artery ampulla and 26 cases of small aneurysms,were diagnosed correctly.Conclusion:3D-DSA once imaging can be observed more real and comprehensive information from multiple angles,has important value for the differential diagnosis of intracranial artery ampulla and small aneurysms.
