摘 要:
应用正交试验方法对液体喷砂工艺参数对喷砂粗化效果的影响进行了试验研究。结果表明,采用优化的工艺参数对钢件表面进行液体喷砂粗化,粗化表面质量接近美国腐蚀工程师协会的标准,可满足高硬度零件热喷涂前的粗化处理要求。

摘 要:
By means of the orthogonal test method and the variance analysis , systematic researchon the influence of wet blasting technologic parameters to roughening result is conducted. It hasbeen shown that the parts' surface roughness obtained by optimized wet blasting technology hasbeen approached to the standard of American National Association of Corrosion Engineers No. 1and can meet the need of thermal spraying.
