摘  要：
In this paper, an analysis was made on the resources of under-forest Chinese medicinal herbs and development actualities and existing problems of the medicinal herb industry in Chizhou City. Some targeted development strategies and suggestions were put forward for the industry in the city from such aspects as intensive construction of under-forest Chinese medicinal herb bases, protection of places of origin for under-forest wild Chinese medicinal herbs and development of Chinese medicinal herb health-improving parks.
