番茄幼苗冠层内微环境因子与净光合速率间回归方程的研究

摘  要:
为了确定番茄幼苗冠层内通风时微环境因子与幼苗净光合速率间的回归方程,对影响幼苗净光合速率(Y)的6个因子〔苗龄(X1)、辐射(X2)、温度(X3)、相对湿度(X4)、风速(X5)、通风时间(X6)〕进行二次通用旋转组合设计,按照试验方案最终得出了番茄幼苗叶片净光合速率与幼苗冠层内微环境因子间的优化方程Y=19.825 00-0.272 50 X1+0.758 33 X2+0.515 00 X3-0.663 33 X4-0.670 00 X21-0.375 00 X22-0.235 00 X32-0.590 00 X42-0.461 25 X25-0.303 75 X62+0.273 75 X1X2-0.361 25 X4X5-0.442 50 X5X6;找到并验证了通风调控的最佳组合,即幼苗生理苗龄为三叶一心、辐射强度为1 200μmol/(m2.s)、温度为25℃、相对湿度为70%、通风风速为1.1m/s、通风时间为20min,此时模型预测的幼苗净光合速率响应值最大,为20.6μmol/(m2.s),取上述最优条件在番茄幼苗冠层内进行通风调控,实测幼苗的净光合速率为20.5μmol/(m2.s)。对回归方程更进一步分析得出,在幼苗冠层内以0.8m/s风速通风30min,也可达到较好的调控效果,实用性较强。

A quadratic orthogonal revolving experiment was designed to study the regression equation between the microenvironment factors in tomato seedlings'canopy and the net photosynthetic rate of seedlings.The quadratic orthogonal revolving experiment of the tomato seedlings'net photosynthetic rate(Y)involved 6 impact factors,seedling age(X1),radiation(X2),temperature(X3),relative humidity(X4),wind speed(X5),and ventilation time(X6).An optimization equation between the net photosynthetic rate and the microenvironment factors in tomato seedlings' canopy was obtained,which was Y=19.825 00-0.272 50X1+0.758 33X2+0.515 00X3-0.663 33X4-0.670 00X21-0.375 00X22-0.235 00X23-0.590 00X24-0.461 25X25-0.303 75X26+0.273 75X1X2-0.361 25X4X5-0.442 50X5X6.The optimal combination of ventilation control was obtained,i.e.seedlings with 3 leaves and 1 shoot,radiation 1 200 μmol/(m2·s),25 ℃,70% relative humidity,air velocity 1.1 m/s and ventilation for 20 min.Under this optimal combination the net photosynthetic of seedlings was maximum of 20.6 μmol/(m2·s).Taking the optimum conditions to control ventilation in the canopy of tomato seedlings,the net photosynthetic rate of seedling was 20.5 μmol/(m2·s).Further analysis of the regression equation showed that ventilation for 30 min with 0.8 m/s wind speed in seedling canopy and intermittent cycle ventilating gave good control effect.
