烟草叶际细胞分裂素产生菌Y-P22的筛选、鉴定及其应用效果

摘  要:
通过形态学特征、生理生化特征和16S r DNA序列分析将Y-P22鉴定为缺陷短波单孢菌(Brevundimonas diminuta)。该菌株是从烟草叶际分离的,具有较强的细胞分裂素产生能力。田间应用效果表明,该菌株能有效促进烟叶开片,提高烟叶的可利用性;感官评吸质量结果表明该菌株可以明显提升烟叶内在质量。

摘  要:
The Y-P22 was identified as Brevundimonas diminuta based on morphological characteristics, physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16 S r DNA sequence. The strain was isolated from the tobacco phyllosphere. It can produce cytokinin. The results of field experiment and tobacco sensory evaluation showed that the strain could effectively improve the availability of tobacco and the quality of tobacco.
