According to the meteorological hydrological and topogra- phical conditions of the sites, using the K-determination clustering method and with the villages and towns as district units, the overall paddy field and dry farmland in Liaoyang county were reasonably arran- ged. In this treatise a preliminary plan of arrangement was Suggested.
