摘  要:
家具产品的安全性和合理性得到人们广泛的重视。采用SolidWorks软件进行家具建模,并用其对接ANSYS Workbench软件进行力学仿真,对办公书柜搁板部件进行静态力学分析,模拟一定载荷下的搁板及柜体应力、应变情况,并与试验数据进行对比。结果表明运用SolidWorks和ANSYS Workbench平台这种方法不仅可以简化搁板强度计算,与试验数据吻合性较好,还可以运用这种方法对家具尺寸进行优化设计,分析家具部件造型尺寸合理性。可以验证家具部件力学性能,通过改进处理,得到最佳设计尺寸,达到节约成本,缩短家具研发周期目的。

摘  要:
The more attention are paid to the furniture's safety and rationality.The static mechanics office bookcase's shelf was analysized using SolidWorks software to model the furniture and the ANSYS Workbench software to proceed mechanics simulation.Stress and strain state of the shelf and cabinet were stimulated under a certain load and compared with the test data.The results showed that the method of using SolidWorks and ANSYS Workbench can simplified the racks strength calculation and also optimizied the design of furniture's size which analyze whether the size of furniture unit was reasonable.Furniture unit was verified to get the best design size through the improved process,and further to achevive the purpose of saving the cost and reducing the period of development of furniture.
