东北三省部分地区猫细小病毒VP2基因进化分析

摘  要：
为了研究我国东北三省部分地区猫细小病毒(Feline parvovirus, FPV)基因的遗传进化情况,试验用PCR方法对我国东北地区25份猫肛拭子进行检测,并对检测结果呈阳性的猫进行细小病毒VP2基因克隆测序,然后进行遗传进化分析。结果表明:经PCR扩增有10份为FPV阳性,其VP2基因序列与标准株M38246和疫苗株EU498681及EU498680的相似性达99.1%以上,有9株属于G1群,1株属于G2群。说明东北地区FPV基因型主要以G1群为主。

摘  要：
In order to study the gene evolution of Feline parvovirus(FPV) in some regions of three Northeastern Provinces, PCR assay was used to test 25 samples of feline anal swabs in Northeast China, and the VP2 gene of the positive temples were cloned and sequenced, and then hylogenetic tree was analyzed. The results showed that ten samples were positive for FPV, the similarity of the VP2 gene sequence comparison with the standard strain M38246 and the vaccine strains(EU498681, EU498680) was more than 99.1%. Sequence analysis showed that nine samples belonged to the G1 subtype and one sample belonged to the G2 subtype. The results indicated that the FPV genotypes in Northeast China were mainly G1 subtype.
