摘  要：
乌兰布和沙漠前沿地区自然环境恶劣、风沙流动性大，给当地农牧业生产及国家重点工程设施带来极大危害。根据当地不同的自然环境，采取生物措施、工程措施和农业耕作措施相结合的办法，因地制宜、综合治理，建设以防护林为主体的沙漠绿洲，既可以调节气候降低地表气温，减少蒸发，又可以使风速减慢，控制地表沙尘的移动。同时还可以保护农田和水利工程设施，从而达到治理沙漠，保护环境的目的

摘  要：
In the front region of the Wulanbuhe Desert,the natural environment is bad and the mobility of wind and sand is strong.It does great harm to agriculture and husbandry of that area and the state key projects.In the light of the different natural environment of the local place,biological,engineering and farming measures should be taken together to suit local conditions. In a comprehensive way,the shelter forest must be taken as the key of the desert oasis.In thisway,it can regulate climate and lower the temperature of the earth surface so as to lessen evaporation,and also it can slow the wind speed,control the movement of the sand and dust of the earth surface. At the same time,the construction of irrigation and water conservancy can be protected,in order to harness the desert and protecting environment.
