摘  要:
近年来,韧性城市逐渐被人类重视,成为城市规划和地理学研究等学术界新的热门领域。城市韧性作为新兴的城市研究热点议题,其实质在于提升城市应对冲击和压力的能力、提高抗打击能力与恢复能力,以及城市对抗不确定性的韧性程度。因此,该文以城市社会生态系统为视角,利用熵值法对2002—2016年延边朝鲜族自治州8个县市韧性进行实证分析。借助GIS的空间分析和叠加功能方法,从生态环境、市政设施、经济和社会发展4个方面选取24个具体指标建立评价指标体系,对延边8个县市的城市韧性程度及其时空分异格局进行评价。结果表明:2002—2016年,城市间总体韧性水平表现出"先降后升"的趋势,延边8个县市的城市总体韧性有一定程度的改善,在空间分布上趋向协调均衡发展。通过城市韧性度分析,可以在一定程度上增强社会生态系统对城市韧性的发展,并提出相对应的建议,为韧性城市布局和发展所强调的城市长期适应能力和外界干扰压力提供量化评价指标参考。

In recent years, resilience cities have gradually replaced sustainable development cities in the traditional sense, and have become a new hot field in the academic circles of urban planning and geography. Urban resilience is an emerging hot topic of urban research. Its essence lies in improve the city's ability to cope with shocks and pressures, improving its ability to resist and recover, and the degree of resilience of cities against uncertainty. In view of this, this paper used the entropy method to empirically analyze the resilience of eight counties and cities in Yanbian from 2002 to 2016 from the perspective of urban social ecosystem. With the spatial analysis and superposition function method of GIS, 24 specific indicators were selected from four aspects: ecological environment, municipal facilities, economic and social development to establish an evaluation index system, and the degree of urban resilience and time and space differentiation of 8 counties and cities in Yanbian the pattern is evaluated. The results showed that the overall toughness level between cities in 2002—2016 shows a trend of "first drop and then rise". The overall toughness of the cities in the eight counties and cities of Yanbian has improved to some extent, and the spatial distribution tends to coordinate and develop. Through the analysis of urban resilience, it is possible to enhance the social ecosystem to provide corresponding suggestions for the development of urban resilience to a certain extent, and provide quantitative evaluation indicators for the long-term adaptability of cities and external interference stress emphasized by resilience urban planning and development.
