20%虱螨脲悬浮剂的研制

摘  要：
介绍了湿法研磨粉碎工艺制备20%虱螨脲悬浮剂的方法。通过对润湿分散剂、增稠剂和防冻剂等助剂的筛选,确定了20%虱螨脲悬浮剂的最佳配方:20.0%虱螨脲、3.2%WJ985、1.8%农乳500#、4.0%乙二醇、0.25%有机硅类消泡剂、0.2%黄原胶、1.2%硅酸镁铝,水补足至100.0%。制得的悬浮剂悬浮率高,分散性良好,分解率低,热贮和低温稳定性合格。

摘  要：
A processing method of lufenuron 20% SC was developed adopting wet grinding technology.By screening additive agents such as wetting and dispersing agents,thickeners and antifreezers,the optimum formula was determined as follows: lufenuron 20.0%,WJ985 3.2%,emulsifier 500# 1.8%,ethylene glycol 4.0%,organosilicone defoamer 0.25%,xanthan gum 0.2%,magnesium aluminum silicate 1.2% and water making up to 100.0%.The suspension concentrate had high suspensibility,good dispersity,low rate of decomposition,and thermal storage and cold storage stabilities were qualified.
