不同光照条件下缺镁对黄瓜生长及活性氧清除系统的影响

摘  要:
探讨了不同光照条件下缺镁对黄瓜生长及活性氧清除系统的影响。结果表明 ,强光下缺镁明显抑制黄瓜植株的生长 ,叶片中超氧自由基 (O- ·2 )产生速率、H2 O2 和丙二醛(MDA)含量明显增加 ,超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶 (AsA POD)、抗坏血酸还原酶 (DR)和谷胱甘肽还原酶 (GR)的活性明显上升 ;而弱光下缺镁则对植株生长影响较小 ,叶片中O- ·2 产生速率、H2 O2 和MDA含量以及SOD、AsA POD、DR、GR的活性无明显变化 ,过氧化氢酶 (CAT)的活性在各处理间均无显著差异。强光下缺镁对植株的伤害较大 ,可能与活性氧的增加有关

摘  要:
The effects of magnesium deficiency on the growth and active oxygen scavenging system under different light intensities were studied in cucumber. The results showed that magnesium deficiency under high light intensity inhibited plant growth, however, magnesium deficiency did hardly affect plant growth under low light intensity. O -· 2 producing rate, H 2O 2 and MDA contents, and the activities of superoxide dismutase, ascorbate peroxidase, dehydroascorbate reductase, glutathione reductase in the leaves were considerably increased by magnesium deficiency under high light intensity, but were not significantly affected under low light intensity. There were no significant differences of catalase activity among all treatments.
