摘  要:
以毛叶山桐子(Idesia polycarpavar.vestita)1年生盆栽苗为对象,研究不同NaCl浓度胁迫对其生长与生理特性的影响。结果表明:毛叶山桐子在NaCl浓度<0.25%处理下,幼苗的形态特征、株高和地径变化趋势与无NaCl处理对照植株一致,生长影响不大;在NaCl浓度≥0.25%处理下,9d后大部分幼苗叶片萎蔫凋落,18d后大部分植株死亡。叶片中叶绿素a、谷胱甘肽(GSH)、抗坏血酸(HASA)、蔗糖含量与对照差异显著(P<0.05),叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素、丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性总糖变化与对照差异不显著,NaCl浓度的变化与光合色素和蔗糖含量的变化具有显著负相关。毛叶山桐子幼苗耐盐临界浓度在0.1%左右。

摘  要:
The research objective of this article is focused on the one-year-old seedlings Idesia polycarpavar.vestitato study on the effects of those growth with the stress of different NaCl concentration.The results show that the seedlings morphological characteristics,height and ground diameter variation of I.polycarpavar.vestita are consistent with the control,and the growth is almost unaffected under the NaCl concerntration(<0.25%).The leaves of seedling is wilting litter under the NaCl concerntration(≥0.25%)after 9days.Most of the seedlings is death after 18 days.The content of chlorophyll a,GSH,HASA,sucrose are significantly different(P<0.05)compared with the control,but chlorophyll b,carotenoid,MDA,total soluble sugar are not significant from that of the control.The change of NaCl concentration is negatively correlated with the change of photosynthetic pigment and sucrose content.Salt tolerance of I.polycarpa var.vestitais in the 0.1% or so.
