河北衡水湖湿地生态补水策略的探讨

摘  要:
水资源不足导致湿地面积不断减少,已成为很多地区面临的共同生态安全问题,生态补水措施对缓解区域水资源危机、湿地萎缩、生态环境恶化等具有重要意义。但补水水量、补水时间、补水方式等直接影响湿地的水文过程、水质、生态系统结构和野生动植物生境。通过分析衡水湖生态补水的现状,对其生态补水在水文过程、水质和水鸟适宜栖息地影响等方面存在的问题进行了探讨,提出了未来衡水湖生态补水的管理建议。建议开展衡水湖生态补水策略模拟研究,重点关注生态补水过程对衡水湖水质、水鸟生境的影响,提高衡水湖水体流动性,控制最低水位,同时考虑周边渔业和农业生产活动的影响。

摘  要:
The decrease of wetland areas due to the shortage of water resources has become a common problem of ecological security in many areas. Ecological water supplement is of great significance to alleviate the problems of regional water crisis, wetlands shrink and deterioration of ecological environment. However, the amount, time and model of water supplement directly affect the hydrological process, water quality, ecosystem structure and wildlife habitat in wetlands. In this paper, the current situation of ecological water supplement in Hengshui lake was analyzed, and we discussed the main problems that may exist in ecological water supplement, including hydrological process, influence of water quality and suitable habitats for water birds. Then we put forward the management suggestions of ecological water supplement of Hengshui lake in the future. The simulation study of ecological water supplement strategy of Hengshui lake should be carried out to improve the water fluidity and control them at minimum water level, focusing on the impact of ecological water supplement on water quality and water bird habitats of Hengshui lake. Meanwhile, the impacts of fishery and agricultural production activities should be considered in confirming the strategy of ecological water supplement.
