猪流行性腹泻灭活疫苗的临床免疫效果评价

摘  要：
为防控猪流行性腹泻,筛选可靠的免疫方式,研究采用与猪流行性腹泻病毒毒株序列同源性最高的猪流行性腹泻灭活疫苗进行紧急免疫,于产前30、15 d分别免疫妊娠母猪,并检测免疫前后母猪的血清和初乳中猪流行性腹泻病毒中和抗体及免疫球蛋白G (IgG)、免疫球蛋白A (IgA)特异性抗体。结果表明,免疫后母猪的血清和初乳均产生高水平且稳定的中和抗体及IgG、IgA特异性抗体,所产仔猪无腹泻临床症状。研究表明,灭活疫苗可应用于猪流行性腹泻的紧急免疫防控,2针灭活疫苗的免疫方式可有效防控猪流行性腹泻。

摘  要：
In order to prevent and control porcine epidemic diarrhea and select reliable immunization methods, the study used the porcine epidemic diarrhea inactivated vaccine with the highest sequence homology with the porcine epidemic diarrhea virus strain for emergency immunization, pregnant sows were immunized 30 d and 15 d before delivery, and porcine epidemic diarrhea virus neutralizing antibodies and specific antibodies against immunoglobulin G(IgG) and immunoglobulin A(IgA) in the serum and colostrum of sows before and after immunization were detected. The results showed that the serum and colostrum of sows after immunization produced high-level and stable neutralizing antibodies and IgG, IgA specific antibodies, and no clinical symptoms of diarrhea were observed in the piglets. The study indicates that inactivated vaccines can be used for emergency immunization prevention and control of porcine epidemic diarrhea, and the two-shot inactivated vaccine immunization method can effectively prevent and control porcine epidemic diarrhea.
