阔叶丰花草入侵群落物种组成及其土壤种子库季节动态

摘  要:
通过群落学调查和种子萌发实验,研究阔叶丰花草入侵群落的群落特征和土壤种子库的季节动态,为阔叶丰花草的扩散机制研究和科学防控提供参考依据.结果表明:1)阔叶丰花草在温州地区为一年生植物;2)阔叶丰花草种子具有休眠特性,在自然条件下于4月下旬至7月底陆续萌发出苗,种子寿命不超过1年;3)阔叶丰花草在冬、春季的群落中不出现,夏季出现后快速上升至秋季达绝对优势种;4)阔叶丰花草入侵群落地表植被与土壤种子库种类组成相似性高,表明其处于入侵的初期阶段;5)阔叶丰花草的重要值与群落的物种多样性存在负相关关系,表明其入侵和扩展可能对群落的物种多样性产生负面影响;6)5—7月当阔叶丰花草处于营养生长期时是控制阔叶丰花草传播和扩散的有利时机.

摘  要:
The community characteristics and the seasonal dynamics of the soil seed bank in a community invaded by Spermacoce latifolia Aubl.were studied by using community investigations and seed germination experiments.The results show that:1)S.latifolia was annual in Wenzhou,Zhejiang Province;2) The seeds of S.latifolia were indicative of dormancy characteristics and germinated gradually from late April to the end of July under natural conditions.The life span of the seed was less than one year;3) S.latifolia did not appear in both winter and spring communities.Once it germinated in early summer,the number of individuals rose rapidly and became the absolute dominant species in a community in fall;4) The species composition between the aboveground community invaded by S.latifolia and its soil seed bank was similar,which indicated that the investigated community was in the initial stage of the invasion;5) The negative correlation between the important value of S.latifolia and the species diversity of the community indicated that the invasion and spreading of S.latifolia may have a negative impact on the species diversity of the community;6) It was relatively easy to eliminate the spread of S.latifolia by dealing with it during its vegetative growth stage from May to July.
