秦巴山区多鳞白甲鱼人工繁殖试验

摘  要:
多鳞白甲鱼是秦巴山区山溪河流重要的野生名贵经济鱼类。开展多鳞白甲鱼繁育技术研究,不仅有利于保护秦巴山区这一野生水生经济动物资源,而且可为其产业化开发奠定基础。2015年月到月,在陕西安康岚皋县进行了多鳞白甲鱼人工繁殖。外形观察显示多鳞白甲鱼雄鱼在繁殖期吻端和臀鳍追星明显,雌鱼缺如,可以用于雌雄亲鱼的鉴定与选择;采用二次肌肉注射法,第一次注射1200IU的HCG,5IU的FSH和4μg的LHRH-A2,间隔18h后再注射1200IU的HCG,4μg的LHRH-A2和4mg的DOM,可以成功进行多鳞白甲鱼亲鱼催产,雌雄鱼催产率分别达到80%和100%;采用干法授精(鲜精和稀释后精液),受精均能率达到83%以上;采用网箱微流水孵化和静水恒温孵化两种方式,孵化率分别为82%±3%和75%±4%,初步结果显示网箱微流水孵化效果优于静水恒温孵化效果。

摘  要:
Varicorhinus macrolepis is an important economic fish in Qin-Ba Mountains.Technique of artificial reproduction of Varicorhinus macrolepis is a key to not only promote industrialization development but also to protect the resources of them.In this experiment,we observed the second sexuality characters of gender differences which could be used to select and identify male and female for artificial reproduction in the breeding season.A success model of twice muscle injection of certain proportion of hormones,which second injection was performed using 1200 IU HCG,4μg LHRH-A2 and 4mg DOM at 18 hafter the fish were injected using 1 200 IU HCG,5IU FSH and4μg LHRH-A2,used for ovulation and spermiation.The results displayed that the rate of ovulation individuals was above 80% and rate of spermiation individuals was 100%,and dry fertilization rate was over 83%.Furthmore,the hatching rate of the fertile eggs in micro-flow and in static water was 82% and 75%,respectively.It suggested that hatching way of the fertile eggs in micro-flow would be recommended in artificial reproduction of Varicorhinus macrolepis.
