Cu-Ce-Support(γ-Al_2O_3、TiO_2、Al-Zr-O)催化剂的制备表征及其在“NO+CO→N_2+CO_2”反应中的性能

摘  要:
采用XRD、TPR等表征手段考察了助剂CeO2对催化剂Cu-Ce-Al,Cu-Ce-Ti和Cu-Ce-Al-Zr-O中表面活性物种CuO的分散行为和氧化还原性质的影响,并且测试了催化剂在“NO+CO→N2+CO2”反应中的活性。结果表明,活性组分CuO的分散容量以及氧化还原行为与助剂CeO2的负载量密切相关,而CeO2的引入对催化活性的影响随体系不同而异。结合“嵌入模型”的基本观点对实验结果进行了讨论。

摘  要:
XRD and TPR were used to investigate the influence of the introduction of ceria on the dispersion and the redox properties of copper oxide species in Cu-Ce-Al,Cu-Ce-Ti and Cu-Ce-Al-Zr-O catalysts.The activities for NO+CO→N_2+CO_2 reaction of these catalysts have also been tested.The results suggest:1) the dispersion capacities and the redox properties of copper oxide species are related to the loading amount of ceria in these catalysts;2) for different systems,the contribution of ceria to the activities is different.All results were discussed by the consideration of incorporation model.
