激光促进羊创伤愈合的病理学研究

摘  要:
16只绵羊造成皮肤全层缺损创,用7.52焦耳/cm~2的氦氖激光照射,进行了创伤形态学、组织病理学和抗张强度的分析。结果表明激光能使创伤提前3.25天愈合,上皮化过程提前3~4天完成,并加快毛细血管的生长和生发层细胞的再生,增加胶原纤维的数量和肉芽组织的形成,使胶原纤维的排列与力的方向一致,新生组织质地紧密,实验组比对照组抗张强度增加1.06公斤/cm~2。

摘  要:
Fullthickness skin wounds were made on the left thoracic walls of 16 sheep and irradiated with Helium-Neon laser in 7.52 joules per square centimeter.The results showed that the laster irradiations could speed capilaries growth and prickle and basel cells regeneration,granulation tissue was more plentiful,the production and synthesis of the fi- broblast and collagen were increased,the completion of epidemization was 3~4 days prior to that of control group.The epidermis was thickened,proliferating processes was accompa- nied by increased mitotic activities.The tensile strength was 1.06 kilograms per square cen- timeter greater than that of control group (P<0.05).
