摘 要:
从花生种传病苗、花生病株以及花生种植区的大豆病株上分离到三个病毒分离物。经基本性状的测定,证实它们是同一病毒。汁液摩擦接种可侵染八种豆科、藜科和茄科植物,在苋色藜接种叶上产生局部褪绿斑。由桃蚜、豆蚜和禾谷缢管蚜以非持久性方式传病。体外抗性测定,失毒温度为55—60℃,稀释限点10~(-3)—10~(-4),体外存活期1—2天。可通过花生种子传病。病毒粒体线条状,有风轮状和束状内含体。并根据血清学的琼脂双扩散和免疫电镜的测定结果,将这三个病毒分离物鉴定为花生斑驳病毒(PMV)。

摘 要:
Three virus isolates, PL, PL-44, PL-414, were isolated from peanut seedlings, infected peanut plants and soybean plants near peanut fields respectively. They were considered as the same virus on the basis of some characteristics. Eight species of plant in three families were infected by sap inoculation. Chlorotie spot lesions were developed on inoculated leaves of Chenopodium amaranticolor. The virus was easily transmitted by Myzus persicae, APhis craccivora and RhoPalosiphum Pad?n non-persistent manner. The thermal inactivation point was 55—60℃, dilution end point 10~(-3)—10~(-4) and longevity in vitro 1—2 days. Seed transmission in Arachis hypogaea was 0.83—21.26%. Virus particles were flexous rods about 750.4 nm. Scroll type pinwheel and boundle inclusions were found in cytoplasm of leaf tissue of infected peanut. According to these properties and serological results, the three isolates were identified as peanut mottle virus (PMV)
