磷矿脱镁副产物氢氧化镁的提纯及改性工艺研究

摘 要:
以磷矿脱镁副产物氢氧化镁为原料,进行提纯和改性以得到高质量的阻燃用氢氧化镁.研究确定脱硫剂为氢氧化钠,其最优添加量为氢氧化镁干粉质量的6%,提纯后的氢氧化镁纯度为98.11%,反应条件为温度60℃、反应时间1 h.在改性实验中,通过疏水性实验确定了改性剂硬脂酸钠的最佳添加量为氢氧化镁质量的4%,并对改性后的氢氧化镁进行了吸油量、沉降速度、红外光谱表征及力学性能等测试.结果表明,改性后的氢氧化镁各项指标均优于未改性的氢氧化镁,可以作为阻燃添加剂使用.

摘 要:
The high quality magnesium hydroxide for flame retardant is obtained by purification and modification of magnesium hydroxide, which is produced by magnesium removal from phosphate rock. Through the research,sodium hydroxide is finally determined as desulfurizer, and the optimum adding amount is 6%, magnesium hydroxide purity is of 98.11% after purification, reaction conditions are the temperature of 60 ℃and the reaction time of 1 h. In the modified experiments, the best addition amount of modifying agent is determined as 4% by the hydrophobic experiment, and the modified product is tested by oil absorption, sedimentation rate, infrared characterization and mechanical properties. The results show that all the indexes of the modified product are better than that of the unmodified, so the modified magnesium hydroxide can be used as flame retardant.
