高地隙喷杆喷雾机喷架设计及分析

摘  要:
针对目前喷杆喷雾机喷幅小、喷杆升降折叠稳定性差等问题,设计了一种高地隙宽幅喷架。对喷架的升降机构、折叠机构进行了理论分析及机构设计,建立了三维模型,包括中央喷架、平行四边形升降机构、安装座及喷杆折叠机构。为验证设计合理性及可靠性,利用Ansys有限元分析软件对喷杆在工作状态下进行了静力学分析。结果表明:最大应力为152.7MPa,喷杆末端形变量最大,最大变形量为4. 6mm,最小安全系数为1. 63,符合设计要求。场地试验表明:设计满足工作要求。

摘  要:
Aiming at the problem of low spray width of spray rod sprayer and poor stability of spray rod folding,a wide range of high altitude gap spray frame is designed. Theoretical analysis and mechanism design of lifting mechanism and folding mechanism of spray frame are carried out,and three-dimensional model including central spray frame,parallelogram lifting mechanism,mounting seat and spray rod folding mechanism are established. In order to verify the rationality and reliability of the summation,the static analysis of the jet rod under working state was carried out by Ansys finite element analysis software. The analysis results show that the maximum stress is 152.7 MPa,the maximum deformation of the rod is the largest,the maximum distortion is 4.6 mm,and the minimum safety factor is 1.63,which accords with the design requirement. The site test verifies the prototype further,and the test shows that the design satisfies the work requirement.
