沼气池密封涂料性能试验

摘  要：
针对广西林业科学院与南宁泰源能源有限公司研制的新型沼气池专用密封涂料,进行了性能和建池密封性测试。经测试,专用密封涂料各项指标均符合国家标准。其中,2个重要指标中的抗渗性比标准规定加强17%~33%,干燥时间(实干时间)比标准规定缩短15.8 h。该密封涂料应用于沼气池建设,密封性良好,建池用工缩短1个工时。

摘  要：
Biogas digester seal coating performance was tested on a new type of biogas digester seal coating invented by Guangxi autonomous region Forestry Research Institute and Nanning Taiyuan Energy Ltd., Co.. The results showed various indicators of specialized seal coating conform to the national standards. Specially, the permeability resistance was 17% to33% higher than that of national standard, and the drying time was 15.8 h shorter. The specialized seal coating could be applied in biogas digester construction with better seal and shorter time.
