活化卵白蛋白对断奶仔猪肠道内容物氨态氮含量的影响

摘  要:
选取28日龄断奶的三元[杜×(大×长)]杂交仔猪36头,平均初始体重为5.22 kg±0.89 kg,随机分为活化卵白蛋白试验组和对照组,每个处理组3个重复,每个重复6头仔猪。试验组在基础日粮之上口服饲喂活化卵白蛋白制剂,剂量为10 mL/(d.只),连续服用10 d(断乳前5 d至断乳后5 d)。通过靛酚兰-分光光度法测定仔猪各肠段内容物的氨氮量,研究该制剂对仔猪肠道内容物氨氮量的影响及其二者的相关性。结果表明,试验组盲肠内容物氨氮量在28 d比对照组显著降低(P<0.01);试验组结肠内容物氨氮量在28 d比对照组显著降低(P<0.05);试验组结肠内容物氨氮量在35 d比对照组显著降低(P<0.05),但回肠段差异不显著(P>0.05)。因此,早期断奶仔猪口服活化卵白蛋白制剂可使其各肠段内容物中的氨氮量降低,有助于提高其肠道生产性能,降低腹泻率。

摘  要:
36 cross bred piglets,weaned in 28-day-old,and the average body weight was 5.22 kg±0.89 kg,were selected to study the effect of AEWP on the intestinal content NH4-N.The piglets were divided into experiment groups and control groups,6 piglets were in each group,and the experiments were repeated 3 times.In the experimental groups,piglets were administrated orally with AEWP,at a 10 mL dose per day for 10 days besides the basal diet.The indophenol blue method was used to detect NH4-N in intestinal ingesta.The results showed that NH4-N contents in caecum and colon of experimental group in 28 days were significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.01 and P<0.05).The NH4-N content of colon in experimental group in 35 days was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and the NH4-N contents of ileum in both groups were not signifiantly different.Therefore,the administration of AEWP in weanling piglets may decrease the NH4-N contentsin each part of intestine,improve productive performance,and reduce diarrhea.
