随着生物技术的迅猛发展,分子标记技术的应用越来越受到生物学家及育种家的重视,应用也日趋广泛。文章综述了近年来RFLP、RAPD、SSR、CAPS、AFLP等几种DNA分子技术及其在芸薹属植物育种中的应用。

摘  要：
With the dramatic development of biotechnique,more and more biologists and breeders value them.This paper summarized the application of molecular marker techniques such as restriction fragment length polymorphism(RFLP),random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD),simple sequence repeats(SSR) and amplified fragments length polymorphism(AFLP0) in marker-assisted selection.
