油茶果和花苞脱离力试验研究

摘  要:
油茶果采收仍依靠人工,劳动强度大,采收效率低。为实现油茶果振动采收,设计确定合适的机械振动参数,本文利用力学仪器测量"长林"系列品种的油茶果和花苞从枝条脱离下来所受力的大小,并调查记录油茶果和花苞的基本物理特性参数。运用SPSS软件对测量数据进行分析处理,结果表明:长林3号的油茶果纵向脱离力相对其他品种较小,长林40号的油茶果横向脱离力和花苞脱离力相对其他品种较小;5个品种的油茶果的纵向脱离力均值都分别小于其横向脱离力的均值,油茶果的脱离力均大于花苞的脱离力;在采摘油茶果的过程中,油茶果的脱离位置大部分是发生在果柄与枝条之间;综合比较后提出油茶适合采用梳刷式机械采收方式。对长林40号油茶果脱离力和物理特性参数作相关性分析,结果表明油茶果直径与油茶果的重量之间存在很高的相关性,油茶果重量与油茶果的纵向脱离力在0.01水平显著相关,其相关系数为0.373,呈低度相关关系。

摘  要:
Oil-tea camellia fruit harvesting still relies on labor, labor intensity and low harvesting efficiency. In order to realize the vibration harvesting of oil-tea camellia fruit and design and determine the appropriate mechanical vibration parameters, the force acting on camellia fruit and bud of Changlin series was measured by mechanical instrument, and the basic physical characteristics parameters of camellia tree and buds were investigated and recorded. The SPSS software was used to analyze and measure the measured data. The results showed that the longitudinal detachment force of Changlin 3 was smaller than that of other varieties, and the lateral detachment force and bud detachment ability of Changlin 40 were smaller than other varieties; The average longitudinal detachment force of the cultivar was lower than the mean value of the lateral detachment force, and the detachment force of the camellia fruit was greater than the detachment force of the bud. In the process of picking the oil-tea camellia fruit, most of the detachment position of the camellia fruit occurs between the stem and the branch; after comprehensive comparison, it is suggested that brush mechanical harvesting method is suitable for oil-tea camellia fruit. The correlation analysis of detachment force and physical characteristics parameters of Changlin 40 oil-tea camellia fruit showed that there was a high correlation between diameter and weight of oil-tea camellia fruit. There was a significant correlation between weight of oil-tea camellia fruit and longitudinal detachment force of oil-tea camellia fruit at 0.01 level, and the correlation coefficient was 0.373, showing a low correlation.
