气动垃圾回收系统的应用设计与仿真验证

摘  要:
为实现高层住宅小区的垃圾回收资源化,应用气动技术实现气动垃圾回收系统的实际应用,完成系统方案设计。以项目示范工程的具体改造为例,展示系统整体规划及装配的解决方案。最终确定以高层垃圾回收管道及投放系统、地面智能化垃圾桶、地下气动垃圾输送系统为三大主要部分实现系统功能。气动系统整体损耗在20kPa以内,据此可以选择合适的动力系统实现气力输送功能。对系统主要承力部件——阀门闸板进行力学性能分析,得出垃圾的重力累积作用大于其投入系统过程中产生冲击作用的结论。初始阀门安装形式下应力集中明显,局部最大应力达到3.587×105 N,形变量最大处达3μm。优化阀座与闸板连接形式,其形变量增加幅度不超过0.1μm,满足可靠性要求。

摘  要:
In order toachieve the garbage recycling resource of high-rise residential quarters,pneumatic technology is applied to realize the practical application of the pneumatic garbage recycling system,and the system design is completed.Take the concrete transformation of the project demonstration project as an example to show the solution of the overall planning and assembly of the system.It is finally determined that the high-level garbage collection pipeline and delivery system,the ground intelligent garbage bin,and the underground pneumatic garbage transportation system are the three major parts to realize the system functions.The overall loss of the pneumatic system is less than 20 kPa,and accordingly,a suitable power system can be selected to achieve the pneumatic conveying function.The mechanical properties of the main bearing component of the system,the valve ram,are analyzed.It is concluded that the gravity accumulation effect of the garbage is greater than the impact of the impact during the input system.The stress concentration is obvious under the initial valve installation form,the local maximum stress reaches 3.587×105 N,and the maximum deformation variable reaches 3μm.Subsequent optimization of the valve seat and gate connection form,the deformation variable does not exceed 0.1μm,meeting the reliability requirements.
