三维电极-电Fenton法处理偶氮染料模拟废水研究

摘  要:
采用负载型活性炭作为填充电极的三维电极-电Fenton法处理甲基橙模拟废水,考察了模拟废水中COD(化学需氧量)和色度去除的影响因素及处理效果。初步探讨了甲基橙降解的机理。结果表明:所制备的几种负载型粒子电极都显示了一定的催化活性,其中负载锰氧化物的粒子电极对模拟废水的降解效果最好。通过单因素试验,确定了最佳试验条件为电压12 V、初始pH值7、Fe2+投加量0.8 mmol/L。在此条件下电解3 h,COD和色度去除率分别为84%和96%。紫外-可见吸收光谱分析结果显示,三维电极-电Fenton法对模拟废水的COD和色度具有很好的降解效果。

摘  要:
The simulated wastewater containing methyl orange was removed by three-dimensional electrode and Fenton process with the electrolysis of electrolyzer filled with activated carbon.The factors influencing the removal of COD and chroma removal rate,and the removal efficiency were studied.The degradation mechanism of methyl orange was discussed.The results showed that the prepared supported particle electrodes had catalytic activity,and the removal efficiency was good with the particle electrodes supported by manganese oxides.The optimum test condition was as follow:voltage 12 V,initial pH value 7 and Fe2+dosing quantity 0.8 mmol/L.The COD and chroma removal rate were 84% and 96%,respectively by electrolyzing at the optimum test condition for 3 h.
