番茄连作土壤中放线菌剂最佳施用量的筛选

摘  要:
以放线菌剂A[加州链霉菌(Streptomyces californicus):假刺孢链霉菌(Streptomyces pseudovenezuelae)∶肉质链霉菌(Streptomyces carnosus)∶密旋链霉菌(Streptomyces pactum)∶1株未定种的链霉菌(Streptomyce ssp.)∶球孢链霉菌(Streptomyces globisporus)=1∶1∶1∶1∶1∶1(质量比)混合]和"金鹏1号"番茄为试材,以连作4a番茄的土壤为供试土壤,采用盆栽试验,设置0、0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0g/株5个施用量进行灌根处理,通过比较不同处理下番茄植株生物量及其部分生理指标的差异筛选番茄种植的最佳放线菌剂施用量。结果表明,当放线菌剂A施用量小于1.0g/株时,能增加番茄植株的茎粗、株高、干鲜质量比、叶绿素含量、净光合速率、叶片和根系PPO活性,产生正效应;当放线菌剂施用量大于1.5g/株时,则会对番茄生长产生一定抑制作用。建议用于改良连作番茄土壤的放线菌剂施用量宜为1.0g/株。

摘  要:
With the rapid development of protected cultivation,continuous cropping obstacle has become a bottleneck problem for the sustainable production of vegetables.In this study,the biological control method was used to provide some reference for the improvement and utilization of cropping soils.The actinomyces A(Streptomyces californicus∶Streptomyces pseudovenezuelae∶Streptomyces carnosus∶Streptomyces pactum∶Streptomyce ssp.∶Streptomyces globisporus=1∶1∶1∶1∶1∶1mixed)and"Jinpeng No.1"tomato cultivar were used as experimental materials,the continuous tomato cropping soils of 4years were used as tested soils.Five different concentrations of actinomyces A,including 0,0.5,1.0,1.5and 2.0g/plant,were set to treat tomato roots by irrigating with soil.The aim was to screen the optimal applying concentration of actinomycetes in continuous tomato cropping soil by comparing the biomasses and some physiological indexes of tomato plants under different treatments.The results showed that when the applying concentration of actinomycetes A was less than 1.0g/plant,the stem diameter,plant height,dry and fresh mass ratio,chlorophyll content,netphotosynthetic rate,as well as the leaf and root PPO activities of tomato plants were all promoted.However,when the applying concentration was greater than 1.5g/plant,the growth of tomato plants could be inhibited in some degree.Overall,1.0g/plant of actinomycetes A was recommended for improving the continuous tomato cropping soils.
