齐墩螨素对棉铃虫毒杀作用特点及对常用杀虫剂毒力的影响

摘  要：
作者采用饲料混药法测定了齐墩螨素对不同龄期棉铃虫的毒力。结果表明,处理后48h和96h对初孵、1龄、3龄、4龄幼虫的致死中浓度LC_(50)分别为0.0141、0.049、0.58、1.14和0.005、0.021、0.64、1.13μg/g,同时还观察到1龄幼虫经处理96h后幼虫体长抑制率与药剂浓度成正相关,当药剂浓度为0.00625、0.0125、0.025和0.05μg/g时,体长抑制率分别为9.5％、57.1％、71.4％、90.5％,处理14d后,对照幼虫为6龄,处理组0.05/μg/g的为2～3龄,0.00625μg/g的为3～5龄;对照组低浓度齐墩螨素饲喂5龄幼虫8d后化蛹率、死蛹或畸形蛹率、蛹重,分别为68％、13％、0.48g/头,处理组分别为3％、56％、0.26g/头。

摘  要：
Toxicities of avermectins were evaluated against the neonates, first, third and forth instar larvae of cotton bollworm, Helicoverpa armigera, with the diet-incorporation biassays. LC50 values for neonates, first, third and forth instar larvae were 0.0014, 0.049, 0.58, 1. 14μg/g (48h) and 0.05, 0.021, 0. 64, 1. 13μg/g(96h) respectively; avermectins also inhibited the growth of the larvae. The inhibition rate of growth for 0. 00625, 0. 0125, 0. 025 and 0. 05μg/g of avermectins were 9. 5%, 57. 1%, 71.4% and 90. 5% respectively. Avermectins resulted in only 3% larvae pupating, 56% dying or the malformed pupa and 0. 26g of the average weight of pupa , while the control being 68%, 13%, 0. 48g respectively. The effects of avermectins on the toxicity of other insecticides to the cotton boll-worm were also discussed in this article.
