Design and Experiment on Small Tree Integrated Transplanting Machine in Garden Industry

Currently Chinese transplanting work of small trees and wood have encountered many problems, such as high labor intensity, low labor efficiency, and high labor costs etc. In this article, an integrated transplanting machine is designed to solve these problems. The device automatically takes out the small seedlings from the sample tray and transports the seedlings to the lowest position of the device. The top part of the seedlings is directly inserted into the array of transplanting bodies.Then the tip of the seedling can be discharged from the potted seedlings and the potted seedlings are transplanted to the transplanting body to realize the effect of transplanting. In order to ensure the feasibility of this series of operation, the simulation results show that the automatic speed of the conveying belt is 112.5 r/min, the automatic speed of the seedling tray is 100.0 r/min, and the automatic speed of the seedling tray is 7.0 r/min. The automatic rotation speed of the live feet is s36.5 mm, the total number of trays is 16, the total number of solid trays is 8 lines, and the stop time of the seedling tray is 1.5 mm. It provides a theoretical foundation for the design of small tree transplanting machine in the garden industry.
