盐胁迫下不同品种椰子苗期渗透调节物质含量的变化

摘  要:
以4种椰子('海南高种'、'文椰2号'、'文椰3号'、'文椰4号')实生苗为材料,对Na Cl胁迫下叶片中的渗透调节物质动态变化进行分析和对比,探讨4个椰子品种耐盐性的关系.利用盆栽试验,设置CK和100、200、300、400、500 mmol/L 5个盐浓度处理,分别在第1、8、14、28天取样.结果表明:在500 mmol/L盐浓度、28 d处理下,海南高种脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量最高,生长没有受到明显抑制,耐盐性最强;其次为文椰2号和文椰3号,二者表现基本接近,耐盐中等,文椰4号濒临死亡,耐盐性最差.

摘  要:
Seedlings of four coconut varieties(Hainan Tall, Wenye 2, Wenye3 and Wenye4 were pot cultured and treated with Na Cl at the concentrations of 0, 100, 200, 300, 400, 500 mmol/L, and their leaves were sampled at days 1, 8, 14 and 28 to determine their osmoregulation substance contents. The dynamic change of the osmoregulation substance in the 4 coconut varieties was analyzed and compared,based on which the tolerance of the 4 coconut varieties to salt was discussed. The results showed that when treated with Na Cl at 500 mmol/L and sampled at day 28 Hainan Tall contained the highest proline,soluble sugar and soluble protein, with its growth not obviously inhibited, and was most tolerant to salt,followed by Wenye 2 and Wenye 3, both of which were moderately tolerant to salt. Wenye 4 almost died and was found to have the poorest tolerance to salt.
