基于农业风险本体的数据分析系统的设计研究

摘  要:
随着全球经济一体化和农业经济市场化的快速发展,农业风险的影响因素变得越来越复杂。这些影响因素相互关联,使传统的专家决策系统很难满足农业风险识别和评估的新要求,从而严重阻碍了农业风险管理的进程。针对这一问题,在分析了基于本体推理的农业风险决策基本步骤的基础上,提出基于农业风险本体的数据分析系统的技术架构和实现策略,并以洪灾风险为例说明了该系统的实效性和可靠性。

摘  要:
With the rapid development of economic globalization and market-oriented agricultural economy, the impact factors of agricultural risks become more complicated. These interrelated factors make the traditional expert decision system have much difficulty in meeting the new requirements for identification and assessment of the agricultural risks, which greatly hampers the process of agricultural risk management. Considering this problem, according to the analysis of basic steps of agricultural risk decisions based on the ontology reasoning, this paper proposes the technical architecture and implementation strategies of a new data analysis system based on the agricultural risk ontology. Finally, take the flood risk as an example, this article explains the effectiveness and reliability of the proposed system.
