引导发展株洲农村专业合作组织的政策研究

摘  要：
农村专业合作组织的健康发展是株洲农村经济增长的关键因素,是推进株洲经济建设的重要力量。株洲农村专业合作组织的发展较晚,但也取得了一定的成果。如何进一步巩固各类专业合作组织的发展基础,妥善处理好组织发展中存在的一系列问题,是促使株洲各类农村专业合作组织健康发展的前提。通过对株洲农村专业合作组织发展实践的调查,找出了存在的各类问题,并对株洲专业合作组织的发展提出了相应的对策。

摘  要：
The healthy development of Zhuzhou professional cooperative economic organization in rural areas is one of the key factors in Zhuzhou agricultural economic growth, and it is an important force for promoting rapidly Zhuzhou’s economic development. The development of Zhuzhou professional cooperative economic organizations in rural areas is relatively late, but somehow it has achieved some results. How to further consolidate the development base and properly handle the existing range of issues is the precondition of promoting all types of Zhuzhou professional cooperative economic organization in rural areas. This study found various problems which existed in the development process of all types of professional cooperative organization in Zhuzhou rural areas by surveying them practically, and offered advice from a policy perspective to guide the development of Zhuzhou professional cooperative organizations in rural areas.
