桃叶橙资源筛选评价及分子鉴定

摘  要：
以湖北省地方特色柑橘桃叶橙为研究对象,开展了资源调查、搜集及评价工作。从品质分析角度阐述了当前桃叶橙已经成为一个品种群体,果实大小、种子数量和可溶性固形物含量等性状变化较大,影响了桃叶橙的鲜食品质,不利于桃叶橙产业未来的发展。通过测定并从中优选了24份单株资源,并针对育种目标进行了资源分类,为桃叶橙选育工作奠定基础。AFLP分子鉴定从DNA水平充分证明了参试样品发生了遗传物质的变异,同时也初步探明了各单株与桃叶橙8号、18号和139号的遗传进化关系。

摘  要：
Taking taoye orange as the research object,evaluation analysis on fruit quality showed that the range of fruit size,seed number and content of total soluble solid altered widely in Taoye orange,reduced the fresh food quality and contributed negatively to the development of Taoye orange industry.In addition,24 germplasm resources were selected as candidates and classified into five classes for future selection according to breeding objectives.The results of AFLP analysis revealed the relationship between individual and No.8,No.18,or No.139,and suggested that a genetic variation had happened definitely in selected germplasm resources.
