北疆春小麦品质区划的研究探索

摘  要:
选用3个新疆春小麦主栽品种,在北疆3个代表地区种植,采用多元统计方法对其品质状况做出分析。认为石河子地区小麦筋力最强,应属于强筋小麦区;塔城、哈密地区小麦品质接近,应属于中筋小麦区。

摘  要:
In this research, three varieties of Xinjiang spring wheat was chosen to plant at three representative region of North Xinjiang, and their quality character was analyzed by methods of multivariate statistical analysis. The result was draw out that Shihezi area was suitable for bread wheat, and that Tacheng and Hami area was suitable for the wheat processed to make noodle.
