摘  要：
With the continuous advancement of the comprehensive rule of law and the protection of human rights, the importance of the lawyer duty system in China is gradually highlighted. Legal aid is a necessary system for the parties with serious economic difficulties and crimes, but the on-duty lawyer system is in the developing period, so it is urgent to explore it in order to promote its effective implementation.
