9种生物杀菌剂对樱桃茎腐病菌的室内毒力测定

摘  要:
[目的]测定不同生物杀菌剂对樱桃茎腐病菌的毒力。[方法]采用平皿法,分析3%多抗霉素WP、0.3%丁子香酚SL、1.5%苦参碱AS、2%蛇床子素EC、4%宁南霉素AS、80%乙蒜素EC、6%春雷霉素WP、0.5%香芹酚AS、10%井冈霉素AS对樱桃茎腐病菌的抑菌效果。[结果]除多抗霉素外,其余8种供试杀菌剂均对樱桃茎腐病菌表现出一定的毒力效果,但不同杀菌剂间的毒力差别较大。丁子香酚、乙蒜素、蛇床子素、春雷霉素、香芹酚、宁南霉素、苦参碱和井冈霉素对樱桃茎腐病菌烟草疫霉的EC_(50)分别为0.015 3、1.292 5、10.630 9、50.993 2、117.472 0、286.009 2、413.905 0和587.767 4 mg/L。丁子香酚对樱桃茎腐病菌的抑制效果最好,其次为乙蒜素和蛇床子素,春雷霉素、香芹酚、宁南霉素、苦参碱和井冈霉素的抑制效果较差,多抗霉素对樱桃茎腐病菌没有抑制效果。[结论]该研究为田间防治茎腐病和有效药剂的筛选提供理论依据。

摘  要:
[Objective] To determine the toxicities of different bio-fungicides against Phytophthora nicotianae in laboratory.[Method]The antibacterial effects of 9 bio-fungicides such as polyxins,eugenol,matrine,osthole,ningnanmycin,ethylicin,kasugamycin,carsley and validamycin A against Phytophthora nicotianae were conducted with mycelium growth inhibition method.[Result]Effects of different bio-fungicides were quite different.Polyamin has no effect on Phytophthora nicotianae.Eugenol was the most effective biofungicide with the EC_(50) value of 0.015 3 mg/L.Ethylicin and osthole showed well control effect with the EC_(50) values of 1.292 5 and 10.630 9 mg/L.Kasugamyci,Carsley,Ningnanmycin,Matrine and validamycin A showed poor inhibitory effect with the EC_(50) values of 50.993 2,117.472 0,286.009 2,413.905 0 mg/L and 587.767 4 mg/L.Polyxins showed no effect to Phytophthora nicotianae.[Conclusion] The study can provide the foundation for screening and management of good fungicides in the field.
