15~30kg烟台黑猪可消化赖氨酸需要量的研究

摘  要:
试验旨在研究15~30 kg烟台黑猪对可消化赖氨酸的需要量。选取6头体重(25.00±1.25)kg的健康烟台黑生长猪阉公猪,用玉米、花生粕、麸皮等原料配制成试验日粮进行消化试验,获取试验日粮的回肠表观可消化氨基酸数据。选择体重(15.00±1.25)kg的烟台黑生长猪120头,公、母各半,采用消化试验测定结果,按照日粮可消化赖氨酸水平(0.60%、0.70%、0.80%、0.90%)设4个组,每个组分为6个重复,体重达30 kg左右时试验结束。结果表明:0.80%组试验猪饲料增重比(F/G)较0.60%、0.70%极显著降低了12.80%、10.39%(P<0.01),较0.90%组显著降低了4.56%(P>0.05);平均日增重(ADG)分别提高了46.43%(P<0.01)、20.59%(P<0.01)、5.13%(P>0.05);平均日采食量(ADFI)分别提高了28.72%(P<0.01)、10.00%(P<0.01)、3.42%(P>0.05),ADG、ADFI、F/G随日粮可消化赖氨酸水平增加呈显著二次曲线变化;0.60%、0.70%和0.90%组血清尿素氮含量较0.80%组升高了27.67%(P<0.05)、21.90%(P>0.05)和17.29%(P>0.05);0.60%、0.70%和0.90%组血清总蛋白含量较0.80%组降低了13.60%(P<0.05)、7.76%(P<0.05)和4.86(P>0.05);0.80%组血清中游离赖氨酸、总氨基酸浓度显著高于0.60%组(P<0.05),而两组蛋氨酸、苏氨酸等氨基酸的浓度差异不显著(P>0.05)。由试验结果结合回归分析可知,烟台黑猪15~30 kg生长阶段可消化赖氨酸需要量为0.85%。

摘  要:
The study was conducted to determine the digestible lysine requirements for early growth stage of Yantai black pigs(15 ~30 kg). Firstly, six healthy Yantai black barrows with an average weight of(25.00 ±1.25) kg were selected. The diet was formulated with raw materials such as corn, peanut meal, bran mixture, and was used to determine the ileum apparent amino acid digestibility of feeds. Secondly, a total of 120 Yantai black growing pigs(half barrows and half sows) with an average initial body weight of( 15. 00 ± 1. 25) kg were used in this test. According to the results of previous tests and the dietary digestible lysine levels, the pigs were divided into 4 groups : 0. 60 %,0. 70 %, 0. 80% and 0.90%, and each group had 6 replicates with 5 piglets. The experiment would be finished when the pigs' weight reached about 30 kg. The results showed that for experimental pigs, compared with 0.60%, 0.70%and 0.90% groups, the F/G of 0.80% group decreased by 12.80%(P <0.01), 10.39%(P <0.01)and 4.56%(P >0.05)respectively. The ADG of 0.80% group increased by 46.43%(P <0.01), 20.59%(P <0.01)and 5.13%(P >0.05). The ADFI of 0.80% group increased by 28.72%(P <0.01), 10.00%(P <0.01)and 3.42%(P >0.05). The ADG, ADFI and F/G showed a significant quadratic curve change with the inctease feed digestible lysine;0.80% group had the lowest UN content and the highest TP content. Compared with 0.60%, 0.70% and 0.90% groups, the UN of 0.80% group increased by 27. 67 %( P < 0. 05), 21. 90 %( P > 0. 05) and 17. 29 %( P > 0. 05); the TP of 0. 80 % group decreased by13. 60%(P <0.05), 7.76%(P <0.05)and 4.86%(P >0.05) respectively; The content of free lysine, arginine, serine,essential, non-essential and total amino acid showed a significant difference among treatment groups( P <0.05). The rest of the serum free amino acid content in different groups was not significant( P>0.05). It can be concluded that the digestible lysine requirement of Yantai Black pigs within the period of 15~30 kg was 0.85%.
