摘  要：
This article conducts a profound research on the present situation of the promotion mechanisms of green renovation of existing public buildings in Nanjing.In the mean time,the article analyzes the challenges in front of the promotion mechanism and draws lessons from the advanced ideas and experiences of developed countries to put forward the countermeasures for the promotion of green renovation of the existing public buildings.
