人工养殖鸿雁补充精料的营养水平和配方

摘  要:
以鸿雁为对象,对饲养阶段补充精料的营养水平和配方进行研究,结果表明:决定鸿雁增重的第一因素是饲料中的代谢能含量,补充精料中代谢能11.5 MJ·kg-1、粗蛋白17%、赖氨酸+蛋氨酸1.2%的营养水平即可满足鸿雁生长发育的需要。根据试验结果配制了鸿雁养殖专用补充精饲料,与玉米秸粉按11的比例混合,对放牧归来的鸿雁进行补饲,在30 d的养殖期内,鸿雁平均个体增重为525 g,平均个体日增重为17.50 g,平均增重与饲料比为1.0014.00,并使鸿雁胴体品质达到了胸肌率14.28%、翅重率9.54%、腹脂率2.06%的水平。

摘  要:
Anser cygnoides was made as the subject. The nutrition level and formula of rearing phase supplement concentrated food was studied. The result showed that the first factor of weight increment was the metabolic energy content of feedstuff. The nutrition level of 11. 5 MJ·kg- 1metabolic energy,17% crude protein,1. 2% lysine and methionine in supplement concentrated food can satisfy the need of Anser cygnoides growing development. The exclusive supplement concentrated food of Anser cygnoides breeding was prepared according to the experiment result. Anser cygnoides which returned from grazing was fed with corn stalk powder by the ratio of 1: 1 with supplement concentrated food. During the 30 days of breeding period,the average individual weight increment of Anser cygnoides was 525 g,the average daily weight increment of individual was 17. 50 g,the ratio of average weight increment and fodder was 1. 00: 14. 00. Anser cygnoides carcass quality achieved the level of breast muscle percentage 14. 28%,wing weight rate 9. 54% and abdominal fat percentage 2. 06%.
